Resolved - Users will have noticed the Webconnex Control Panel, and subsequently Control Panel Authentication (Login) being down for a period of 16 minutes, from 4:50-5:06 PM PST. Published pages were not affected during this time, nor were submitting of new orders/registrations.

Monitoring - The issue impacting payment processing has been resolved. We are currently monitoring to ensure all transactions continue to process without any issues.

One of our upstream partners is experiencing temporary performance issues, which may be affecting payment processing. Our team is actively investigating and working closely with them to resolve the issue.
